Do I need to prepare anything?
We recommend two things before the call: sign up for the free Vome Recruit plan and spend a few minutes exploring the platform, and watch our brief explainer video. You'll come to the meeting with better questions and a much clearer sense of what you want to see. Neither is required, but both make the call significantly more useful.
Can I include other team members on the call?
Absolutely. Forward the calendar invite to anyone who should be there — volunteer coordinator, program manager, IT lead, whoever. Just add them before the meeting.
What if I can't find a time that works?
