How can I integrate Vome with my other tools?
We offer many options to integrate Vome with platforms, with our native integrations or through automated workflows using Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate.
What can I do with the Vome Zapier connector?
Trigger Zaps on new applicants, status changes, hour claims, and form submissions. Chain Vome with Mailchimp, Slack, HubSpot, Outlook, Teams, Google Sheets, or any other Zapier app. The same triggers and actions are available through the Microsoft Power Automate connector for Microsoft 365 shops.
How do the REST API and custom webhooks work?
The developer surface gives your team API keys, a dashboard for monitoring, and the ability to create custom webhook subscriptions per event type. Reach out to our team if you'd like to talk through your specific integration plans.
Which SSO providers does Vome support?
Any SAML 2.0 provider, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), JumpCloud, Okta, and others. Vome supports JIT provisioning of admins through SAML, enforced SSO at the org level, and offboarding when an admin is removed from your IdP.
Can confirmation emails come from our own domain?
Yes. Connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox to Vome and outbound emails (confirmations, reminders, sequence notifications, automations) send from your address with proper SPF and DKIM, not a Vome subdomain.
Does Vome support two-factor authentication?
Yes. Admins can enable authenticator-app two-factor authentication and enforce it across your whole team. On Enterprise and Ultimate plans, your volunteers can turn on the same authenticator-app 2FA to protect their own accounts. Pair 2FA with SAML SSO for the strongest posture, or use it on its own.

Course content: readings, video, documents & downloads Mix rich-text readings, hosted or uploaded video, PDF and Office documents shown in an in-page viewer, and downloadable attachments. Video can require a full watch with seeking and speed locked, and documents can require a full read-through.
Upload and host your own SCORM packages Upload a SCORM 1.2 package and Vome hosts and plays it inside the course, with optional completion gating and the package's own quiz score folded into the course grade. This is separate from the SCORM Cloud integration, so no third-party account is needed.

Turn any tracker into a KPI Each KPI carries its own time period, so “Accepted applications, 2026” means 2026 forever. Compare it against the previous period or last year with the change calculated for you, and show it as a single number, a growth figure or a trend chart.
